For Sealing Lift Holes in Precast Structures
MarMacʼs Lift Hole Patches are high performance membranes designed to cover and seal lift holes in a variety of precast concrete structures. The patch is composed of three cross-laminated layers and is reinforced with tough, puncture-resistant woven polypropylene. The outer layer is an impervious polyethylene, resistant to most acids and alkalines.
Lift Hole Patches are available in easy to apply 9” x 9” or 12” x 12” squares with a peelable protective paper for fast application without the waste or extra tools.

Lift Hole Patches integrate several unique components into a single, pre-cut seal. Our specially-formulated mastic provides a positive seal against infiltration. The membrane is reinforced by internalized woven polypropylene with a heavy duty polyethylene backing.

Store in a dry, cool place.
The surface of the structure to be sealed should be clean of dirt and debris. The surface should be as dry as possible in field conditions. Lift Hole Patch shall be placed against the structure, mastic side to the structure, covering the lift hole to be sealed. The protective release film shall be removed from the edge of the wrap and the patch be applied to the structure wall centering the lift hole. Hand press the patch to the structure wall to ensure a permanent seal.
For installations in conditions under 40°F, we recommend use of our RB Adhesive Primer for enhanced adhesion.
